Bon Groundwork Ltd makes employee safety one of its key priorities. We also work rigorously to protect those affected by our activities, including members of the public. We make risk assessments and method statements an integral part of onsite health & safety management. We consult with our groundwork contractors on health & safety matters constantly.
This helps us to keep our Health & Safety Systems Record at the very forefront of our business operations. We review our health & safety policies periodically and we revise those policies whenever new legislation reaches our sector.

Risk Assessments and Method Statements
A method statement consolidates the information we identify from risk assessments, giving us the opportunity to provide safety training for personnel and for other contractors. We make sure our own employees recognise the importance of health & safety at work, and that they understand our company systems before undertaking ground, foundation or drainage work.
All employees at Bon Groundworks Ltd receive training to current CSCS and CITB standards. Foremen and site managers receive training to current SMSTS and SSSTS standards.
Site Inspection and Review
Our groundwork company meets all specified requirements for inspecting and reporting, in compliance with the latest version of the Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 1996.
Our foremen and site managers uphold these regulations at all times by completing inspection reports on a frequent basis for our company’s Health & Safety Officer.
